Shipment processing time

The customer may place an order 7 days a week, 24 hours a day regardless of whether he has registered.
The contract is concluded when the order is placed by the customer. Order processing paid by bank transfer or via the electronic payment system starts after the Customer’s payment is credited to the Seller’s account.

Shipping from Poland is released once or twice a week. Deliveries do not occur on weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a large volume of orders, please be patient as there may be a slight delay.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Beatcatz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
